The 2022 growing season was ideal for cool climate Shiraz. Our 2022 Dogrock Shiraz was hand-picked across March prior to wild ferment and basket pressing. It has seductive aromatics of pepper and spice with a medium to full bodied palate rounded off with a touch of sweet French oak. The wine can be enjoyed early or will cellar for 10 to 15 years.
