The fruit for the 2023 Dogrock Chardonnay was hand-harvested from our estate block early March. Picked early to capture fresh acidity the palate has subtle melon and a long and rewarding palate. A wine of finesse and integrity it also has a hint of sweet French oak. The wine will age gracefully for a further 3 - 6 years.
