The 2023 Dogrock Shiraz was hand-picked late April prior to fermentation and basket pressing. It has seductive aromatics of pepper and spice with a medium bodied palate rounded off with a touch of sweet French oak. The wine can be enjoyed early or will cellar for 10 to 15 years.
