Fruit was harvested mid March and gently crushed into an open fermenter. No additions were made to the wine and fermentation was conducted by wild yeast. A wine rich in spice and floral aromatics, its medium bodied palate leads to dark fruits and savoury tannins balanced with a touch of French oak.
