Explore the evolution of Dogrock through a collection of mature reds selected from our museum cellar. Drawing on different varieties and vintages, this collection brings together wines that have had the benefit of time — revealing the savoury complexity, texture and character that emerge as our reds develop in bottle.
Your collection may include varieties such as Grenache, Tempranillo, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and other Dogrock red varieties, depending on the museum wines available at the time of selection. Vintages may range from 2004 through to the present day.
Available as a 6 or 12 bottle selection, individually selected from the museum cellar.
Mature red wines may naturally develop sediment in bottle. This is harmless and part of the evolution of older wine; we recommend allowing bottles to stand before opening and decanting where appropriate.
