Our 2022 vintage, fruit was hand-picked in April before fermentation and maturation with 60% new French oak. An abundance of cassis and black fruits is framed by fine structure, depth and integrated oak. Powerful without excess, the wine carries its concentration with poise and precision.
Built for the long term, dark fruit, cassis, fine tannins and savoury complexity unfold across a structured, persistent palate. French oak brings depth and polish while the fruit remains firmly at the centre. Elegance sits alongside intensity, creating a wine that demonstrates the potential of Cabernet Sauvignon in the Pyrenees.
