eL Blanco is Dogrock’s flagship white blend — a distinctive, tiny-production wine inspired by the whites of the Iberian Peninsula and shaped by the Pyrenees. Bringing together Arinto, Chardonnay and Azal, it captures a different side of the region: aromatic and textural, yet driven by freshness, natural acidity and a distinctly dry finish.
Handcrafted by winemaker Allen Hart, the 2024 vintage brings three complementary varieties together with precision. Lifted citrus, white peach and tropical aromatics lead into a fresh, dry palate where bright natural acidity provides energy and structure. The wine builds through the palate with texture and complexity before finishing long, clean and composed.
There is an unmistakably European sensibility to eL Blanco — citrus, stone fruit, subtle spice and texture balanced by freshness rather than overt richness. Arinto and Azal bring Iberian character, while Chardonnay contributes depth and generosity. Together they create a white that is distinctive, composed and unmistakably Dogrock.
Only one barrel — just 25 dozen bottles — was produced from the 2024 vintage. Beautifully expressive now, eL Blanco will continue to develop complexity with 3–10 years in the cellar.
