For those who enjoy a little discovery, the Dogrock Cellar Selection is our invitation to explore the cellar without knowing exactly what will arrive.
We’ll hand-select your collection from wines available across our museum and current releases, bringing together different varieties, vintages and styles to create a case that is unmistakably Dogrock. You might discover an older vintage, revisit a familiar favourite or open something you may never have chosen for yourself.
Vintages selected may include wines from 2004 through to the current day, depending on availability and cellar selection at the time of your order.
The contents remain a surprise until the case arrives — that's entirely the point.

Older wines naturally evolve in bottle and may develop sediment over time. Where your selection includes mature wines, we recommend allowing bottles to stand before opening and decanting where appropriate.
